ClearScore logoWe are thrilled for our friends over at ClearScore today at the news Experian has announced its intention to acquire the business.

The deal, which is subject to CMA approval, will be one of the UK’s biggest consumer fintech acquisitions. And the fact ClearScore is less than three years old makes it all the more remarkable.

As ClearScore’s CEO and co-founder Justin Basini says on his blog, the deal will enable ClearScore to add even more innovative new features and achieve its global mission – to help people sort their money – faster.

Justin and the ClearScore team deserve enormous credit for creating a fabulous service that more than six million people in Britain already engage with.

We’ve worked with ClearScore since before it launched to consumers in July 2015 as their PR agency.

And we are immensely proud of the contribution we’ve made to help people understand the important role their credit score and report can play in improving their financial wellbeing.

Whether it’s through our awareness work on campaigns like the Money Map, The Money Chat, and The Most Expensive Year, or the many accolades Justin and his team have won, PR has helped ClearScore communicate it’s vision for helping people sort money.

Congratulations to ClearScore and we look forward to working with you as the next exciting chapter for the company begins.
